The last two days recipes have been really fast to make...

Tuesday:
1: Put:
Sliced cabbage, the amount that you want
Butter or substitute
Salt, pepper
In a pot and cook it till the cabbage is shiny and starting to get somewhat transparent (don't burn it)
Add 2 tablespoons wheat flour and 1/2 cup of milk and cook together till the flour has made the milk sticky.

Put it on a plate and eat as is or next to something else :p It's not the most yummy you will ever eat, but it's food and you get full.

Wednesday:
1. Firstly mix together:
Minced meat
Salt & other spices if you like
Limezest from 1 lime
The juice from said lime

2. After the lime mix have been marinated for 20+ minutes
Fry it in a pan (the lime make the meat go brown so it can be hard to see when it's cooked, cook it until you're sure)
When it's done put it on a piece of bread or, what I did, a piece of Chinese cabbage.

^- This is really awesome, I'd eat it once a week for the rest of my life If I could :p

I do the first without the flour to make "fried" cabbage. It's delicious. Both of these are really tempting to try, too. Too bad I'm the only person in the house that likes cabbage.

Might try the lime mix though. Do you come up with your own recipes very often?
