Fitness & Nutrition Rules
1. Be Respectful and Civil
This thread is a place to discuss fitness and nutrition in a civil manner. Personal attacks and unwanted attack comments will not be tolerated. Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to) racist, misogynistic, sexist, and overtly offensive comments that have nothing to do with fitness. Also, threads and comments that exist solely for the purpose of ridiculing other people are not allowed. This includes making fun of other people's exercise choices, performances, and physiques. Remember the human behind the screen. Would you say that to their face?
2. Include Routines & Recipes
If you are posting about a specific time you spent at the gym and how well everything was going, share your methods! Walk other people through your routines. Are your posting a nutritious meal you just ate? Share the recipe! When it comes to fitness and nutrition, it's all about the community helping each other!
3. Have Fun!
Everyone needs a cheat day, so be sure to post about those too! Just don't only post about your cheat days - because that belongs in a different post...possibly the Foods forum!
